We humans have 2 ears and one tongue, and we have to use same proportion in communication. But people behave differently they talk twice and hear the half of what they talk. 

People now a days are losing the power of listening. I personally realised many people are half in and half out in communication, it creats misunderstanding among people. And this misunderstanding leads to miss communication. 

If you want to become a good communicator, you have to become an active listener .Because listening breeds curiosity and it brings people together. When you listen someone accurately then you naturally become able to answer it in right and best way. So during communication keep your eyes and ears open and mouth maximaly closed. 

Body language 

Body never lies ( unknown).

That's universal truth whatever is going inside your head filters out through your body language if you are feeling uncomfortable at any place, or in communication you start fidgeting , shifting and rolling out your eyes and star looking randomly here and there etc. 

In scope of evolution language is recent one for thousand of the years our ancestors communicated non verbally so body language holds the major portion in our communication.

Be concise 

We humans have limited attention Span and that attention span is getting shorter by everyday due to social media apps such as Facebook ,Instagram tik Tok etc. To communicate effectively keep your message clear and concise. 

It would be better first to tell the main theme of your discussion. Use simple and universal language that resonate with your listener. 

Say it little but say it well ( Irish proverb).

We humans have bias to remember things. Experiments and research have found that the people remember more information and tend to be careful about things that are discussed at start and at end . Most of people forget middle things.
